"Memory of City-Home of Common People" is a new exposition to be held by the Capital Museum in 2008, which has two main features:

First of all, the exhibition of entering into to the life of ordinary people:  Numerous beautiful memories stay in the life of ordinary people, and we will find the objects and stories from the life of common people, the heritage and upgrading of the city environment and human culture since the foundation of People's Republic of China for 60 years.

Secondly, the dynamic exhibition of keeping memory:  we try to ask "people in painting" walking out while bringing objects with flavor of their "home" to our exhibition, and telling audience the live individuals, and live objects. The show will be made like a"¡°home" greeting guests, and the museum like a community, a street, or a courtyard.
