Given the concerned instruction of "Notification of Museums and Memorial Hall Opening to the Public Free of Charge" jointly issued by the Central Propaganda Ministry, the Finance Ministry, the Ministry of Culture and the National Heritage Board, the Capital Museum will open to the public on March 28, 2008 free of charge.
1. Opening Time: 9am to 5pm from Tuesday to Sunday, (close on Monday)
2. Scope of Free of Charge: permanent exhibition of the Capital Museum
3. Pattern of Free of Charge: quota reservation and receive tickets for admission
4. Reservation and Pattern of Receiving Tickets Scattered audience have to reserve tickets via the web of the Capital Museum or phone call in advance of five days. Receive free tickets and visit the museum with the reservation number and one's own valid credentials on the visiting day. Group audience have to reserve tickets via phone call of the Capital Museum in advance of five days. After reserving successfully, tickets can be received from the Capital Museum in advance at least one day with the letter of recommendation of the organization and reservation number. And visit the museum by tickets on the visiting day.
