1. The cheapest way-- the same as in other cities, the cheapest transportation is by bus. You can find the time schedule at every bus station. And you can find brochures with bus information at many stores.

Please be care that the bus would be overcrowded during the period from 7:30am to 8:30am and the period from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. You will feel very comfortable to take bus in the rest of the time.

2. The most reliable transportation-- train. It is a good idea to take the train for traveling between two cities. It is comfortable and reliable, and the train is cheap. You can buy train tickets via travel agents in the downtown area or buy them directly at the train station.

3. The subway is really efficient for transportation in the city, but the tickets are not really cheap. Some compartments of the tube do not have air-conditioning, thus you might feel a little bit hot in the summer.
